Career history

Jerrold has over 10 years of experience in IT recruitment, beginning his career at Michael Page, where he quickly rose through the ranks to become Senior Associate Director and Business Leader for Michael Page Netherlands. In early 2024, Jerrold was appointed as Regional Director for BeNeLux & Southern Europe at RED Global, where he was tasked with establishing the Rotterdam office and further enhancing the SAP & Core Tech Practice.

With a network of more than 2,500 CIOs and IT Directors across the region, Jerrold has been a key strategic and tactical advisor for his clients. His expertise spans SAP/ERP, Data & Analytics, Cloud & Infrastructure, and Business Applications. Under his leadership, his teams continue to build on RED Global’s international success.

Jerrold is known in the industry as a Senior Business Partner who is customer-centric, solution-driven, commercially innovative, and exceptionally hardworking. He embodies transparency, communication, and quality in all his dealings with the market. Over the course of his career, Jerrold has won two prestigious titles for "Best Recruitment Agency of the Year" in IT.
