RED is currently hiring for IT Project/Program Manager for Merger & Acquisition Project of a Global Customer
Start: ASAP
Duration: 12 months + extension
Location: Remote
Language: English
Tasks :-
For data migration related program activities, ensure, in collaboration with IT Transaction- and underlying project leads
A proper project control maturity assessment strategy definition and implementation
Full implementation of the M&A IT End-to-End-Business Information Migration Process and delivery of all its expected deliverables
Define and implement a comprehensive risk management approach for the transaction
Create and maintain a transactional cSOC Fact Sheet to establish security incident handling readiness of the transaction
Ensure that ISRM functions / services are pulled in as per need (FSA, IAM, RIM, others)
Ensure compliance with companies regulations, especially considering IMF and M&A IT ISRM guidance in all phases of the transactions. Report upcoming ISC relevant items to M&A IT BISM
